...obviously for LL to fix the damm FL in 1.19.5 but thats not the issue today. Was wondering if anyone is experiencing a "  waiting)" word in the About Land for group-owned land, or in the Edit window for group-owned objects. I got two groups which own land and can't operate any group-owned objects since none of them can retrieve the group info it belongs to. All objects set or group-owned are not able to retrieve the group info. Yes the group exists and im still the owner. I've relogged, cleared cache, loaded invo, relogged again i can't count how many times and still not getting anything (except my FL back). If anyone got an idea of what's going on, let me know. My ticket on this is now 36 hours old and no reply... |

yep I did earlier. It eventually cleared up on its own after the 20 avatars next door left  |

It's a pretty old bug. A variant is that the group field always displays the value from the previous object you touched. It's just a display issue, though. No impact on functionality.

Ricky, i used to have it happened sometimes but it cleared alright after a short while...Been two days my land and objects are like that now. And it's not my PC... Other AV's have the same (waiting) thing on my land. I guess my group info ID got a boot from the database somewhere...haha!!! Its problem because my group-owned objects are NOT working at all. I understand there's been some group issues earlier but they were supposed to be cleared. |

I have seen the same however I just set out a movie set it to group and watched it so,,your puter maybe, sl probably lol. They could be trying to secure sl from hackers, or their code could be conflicting or its monday thru monday or whatever its all been looney toons and we all hope it get better soon  . |

I see the ??? in land/object ownership and in Friends list often enough for it not to be a surprise.
For ownership, the Info button brings up the group window.
When Friends is like that, then it's a lottery. If the number of friends online at the time is low, it's possible to click down through each "???" in turn to find the one I'm looking for.
I put it all down to network overload.
