greetings-cards script wanted

I would like to make a few greetings-cards but cannot find a script for it; that means full-perms in order to be able to make more of each card and transfer them .....

The cards should be folding and be able to contain a text by the giver and probably those poofs....

Does anyone know where i can get a script like that?
