I am wondering if the old owners are rebuilding Acropolis Gardens? It looks like it anyway.
The sim names are Delia, Algea, Shiva, Syrinx. And its owned by the Acropolis owner.
Are they rebuilding this place? would be cool

I'd discovered this some time ago and was rather .... well, there's no way to describe it other than heart broken over it.
Acropolis holds some nice memories for me ....to see it now .... _____________________

I spent muchlonger slowly exploring them today. They are definatly not the stunningly beautiful sims I sent friends to explore, take balloon rides and had my first date with my partner on.
We almost ha our wedding there, but in the end we had a sim custombuilt for us by them. I kind of wishwe had insisted onusing the acropolis sims now as they arent really there. The name may be the same but those are not the sims i spent many hours exploring _____________________

OMG Acropolis Gardens was one of my all time favorite places in SL! I was so sad when I went there and found it was only one sim, and that it was for sale.
Going to the new one to check it out now )))))))))))) |

I spent so much time at those gardens and will miss them. The view over the green lake, a certain Bits and Bobs pose ball down at the base of a beautiful waterfall, skinny dipping in the pool under another waterfall and exploring the under water gardens. I have so many fond memories of time spent there.
I did spend about an hour walking through the new gardens and they are quite nice as well, especially the amazing cave that goes deep back under a mountain and the hang glider for two at the top of a steep mountain. Acropolis is still a beautiful place but it is sad to see those special places I remember so well gone from sl. _____________________

Wow, forgot about that place. Yes, my past partner and myself frequented there a lot. Had a ton of pictures, but I deleted them when the partnership was over.
Overall good memories of the place.Ashe |

I'm saddened too. It was a lovely place to take a date.

A while back I posted here asking what happened to the Time Capsule. Acropolis Gardens was the place I was talking about.
In my landmarks it had it listed as The Time Capsule. I just went to Acropolis Gardens and it is still very beautiful. You have to fly to get to the good places but...once again I have my nice place to go and just sit and listen to the music. |

You have to look on the map to get to Delia, and get new landmarks too. |

I think this topic can be closed now. He's giving up the sims now (the new Acropolis was built on Low-Prim sims). I guess he doesnt want to pay more for his sims or so... (could be a reason).
Well now Acropolis is dying the 2nd time. And it was so beautiful. Sad but true... |

Oh no
I had one of my first dates with my Partner there too and it was always a place to go when we couldn't think of anyplace else. After we got our horses...we returned and went horseback riding up into the mountains._____________________

The new Acropolis is on full prim sims: I had a home in one of them: 15,000 prim limit for the region. _____________________
