Could someone point me in the direction (or tell me) what is considered average for prims on a 2046m2 parcel? How many should you expect to get?

Assuming you are purchasing mainland, each 512 parcel has 117 prims allotted. So a 2048m parcel would have 468 prims. Rental land would be decided by the owner of the land.
