I've got a folder that won't go away.
One of my clothing folders has mysteriously become a system level folder, along with "My Inventory" and "Library." Like those system folder, this clothing folder has no options to delete it. What's more annoying is that if I touch anything in the folder my system crashes.
Any ideas on how to stop this and/or delete that crazy folder?

Hmm.. try clearing the cache and see if that mysterious folder goes *poof* This is the only thing I can think of, sorry.

If you can't readily test it on another computer, then yeah, try clearing cache and even uninstalling, wiping Documents & Settings \ <userName> \ Application Data \ SecondLife, and re-installing. But to be honest, this one sounds like a support ticket will be needed, and some Linden will have to do surgery on your Inventory. If it comes to that, you can mention in the support ticket all the stuff you already tried, which may expedite resolution.

i had something similar, a "New Folder" directly under root that couldnt be deleted. At least i didnt have the crashes.
A LiveChat with a linden solved that in about five minutes.

Im betting the folder is corrupted in your cache (which is what probably what causes the crashes) if it shows up after clearing cache or a wipe of the above mentioned system folder, then submit a ticket because at that point it's probably corruption on the asset server... which will require LL to disect
