I miss my pocket home, not that I was using it much, but I miss it all the same. Besides I have ideas for a retail complex. Talk me out of this fast! I just think the whole "mall" idea in SL could be improved. Ydda, yadda, yadda.....
I remember last year that a certain generous landowner offered land in exchange for content rather than rent. I have a compulsive clothing design habit so this would work for me. I did not take up the offer last year because I had only 256mb RAM on my computer and was accessing SL in eight minute runs. Crashes are free. Also the offer came around the time of the High Holy Days.
Is any one offering a similar deal these days?

Iyoba, sorry to derail your post here, but I am wracking my little tiny brain here (a nod to Pep, that) because I think I have some of your clothing but keep forgetting to check when inworld. Did you use to own a store called Mosaic, on a beautiful sim that I *think* closed down? It was in a small mall........the items I have that I think are yours are mostly lingerie? It's beautiful stuff..... |

Treasure, I hate to disappoint you, but I don't make much in the way of underwear beyond dance pants. Also, I've never owned a store except for my little retail kiosk (Long explanation with drama snipped). The only reason I am setting up a store is that I sell freebies and we all know what XstreetSL is doing to freebie providers. Lately, I've been designing retail kiosks. I have three models so far. So has Elanthius gone from SL or just gone from the forum? If he's still in SL, he may still be operating that deal.

I searched for Elanthius and it appears he has sold his land business or was trying to. I was hoping to find his successor or whether he still had the land for content deal.

If he only sold his land buying/selling business, he may still have other operations going. Do a search for him and send him an IM if he's still being listed.

is interested i do have land setting idle at the moment and would consider this it is roadside land unpaved at the moment but is empty but would need an idea how much land you need and what kind of content i would get and how often
