My avatar is stuck online. Now I can't use her, because it won't let me sign into my acct. She is already signed in. When I sign in with my alt, there she is, saying "online". Is there any way to fix this? I just don't know what to do.

Push her around a bit, pay her a linden, send her an IM from your alt. (sometimes these lightweight things work, sometimes not, to unstick a ghost). If nothing works, need to file a ticket and ask that the sim be restarted, sometimes that's the only way to shake loose a ghost. |

I have send some IMs from my alt to my main and it seems the system noticed then that my main was "dead" and logged him off. If that doesn't work, I would say you can try to file a support ticket to LL, explain the situation and I think they will kick your main ava then off. |

First, if it's possible, reboot your modem and any router that connects you to the web.
If that doesn't work, THEN open a support ticket. _____________________

She said, it can also work to try to push the ava over sim borders. And if that all doesn't help: a support ticket. |

Saw this happen to someone once, I advised they (actually their family member, who was panicked, in the particular SL shop) note card the shop/sim owner and ask to be ejected. That apparently worked. I got an IM saying so later. _____________________

/me has ghosts before that couldn't be paid or bumped or ejected. Took a region restart from LL to get rid of 'em..

File a support ticket and let the Lindens restart the sim in any case. Was stuck also some days ago and it took 16 hours, 3 presence resets and 2 sim restarts to log me out.

You could ask someone to snuff her for you - kill her or eject her in some way. Whack her really good. That might remove the ghost (and half the sim).

sounds like a "stuck presence" i had that a couple of times,if you can get the sim owner to re start the sim,that should do it,that was the only way LL could free me on my last stuck presence.re start my sim as i could nt do it when stuck
