I was renting from a friend that needs to sell her property. I found another lot..and told her. She said she could clear everything at once so I'd not have to take everything up individually. So...she linked everything...and returned it. Its been almost a week....my stuff still hasnt shown up in my inventory...and neither has my partners stuff shown up in his. Stuff that she had on our lot has returned to hers. Help! Is there somewhere I can find info on this...will this stuff show up eventually? or am I out of luck here. Any suggestions? Thanks

when you put everything in to one object that is how it will return..almost like boxing everything up at one time and packing it away..check through you lost and found folder and your objects folder for an on object not for the individual items..if she could link them all then they will be one object..

From: someone The Coalesce feature may cause confusion by making it appear that objects have vanished instead of being returned to your inventory. When a group of objects gets returned, they are merged into a single, coalesced object. This object is then placed back into your inventory, in your Lost and Found folder. This happens when you or the owner of a parcel returns objects to owner. If it is group owned land then if you were the previous owner you will receive the coalesced objects in your lost and found.
For example, imagine you have a living room. Inside the living room there is a television, coffee table, sofa, rug and a remote control. Then, by accident, everything is returned! To locate the returned objects, you search through your inventory, but after searching, the only object you can locate is the remote control. Where did everything else go? The television, coffee table, sofa and rug have been merged with the remote control. Simply drag the remote control from your inventory onto the ground everything else that was returned with the remote control should appear. It will sometimes have a really descriptive name like 'Object' too, rather than that of something you own.

You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.
Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

I've looked...so far Ive not come up with anything. I have one "multiple" box...its 2 rocks, and they werent even out at the last place. From the responses to a similar thread...looks like I need to look through every folder. Do thinks ever totally disappear? Anything else that I can do?

Try sorting your inventory using the filters. That will at least reduce it down to whatever you have acquired in the past however many days. Open your inventory, click File > Show Filters, then uncheck everything except Objects. Then, set the 'days ago' feature to however many days ago your items were returned. That should hopefully narrow down the search a bit, so you don't have to look through every single folder. I've also just been reading this article ( ) which details a similar event. Scroll down to the end of the article for a series of tips on recovering inventory, and also check the comments for advice from Kona Linden on inventory issues. Hope that helps

Do things ever totally dissapear, yes they can. Sometimes they do however come back in a few days, weeks. Not sure why that happens, but it can.
