With all these 503's and such, are support tickets being addressed?
I put in a ticket last friday and no response so far.
What is the normal wait period?

From what I've seen, it depends on who it goes to. When I was stuck online the other day, I got a response in 7 hours. When I submitted a ticket that the events listing page was throwing a 404 a few weeks back...I just got the solution today :/
