Anyone Speak French and English?

Anyone speaks fluent French and English?
I have this problem with renter.
When I bought land I told the guy I keep the renter on.
I am getting pretty cranky though there is major communication problem or I am being screwed over.
Anyone available to help me with this problem? My friends don't really speak anything other then english and can't seem to help.
I don't want to be jerk to this person but I have been more then generous with this person and I have had one problem after another with this person and I don't know what to do.
When I first tried to communicate with her I was having problems with babbler,etc.
I told her I was buying land and I wouldn't mind if she stayed, I let her stay for free if she donated something. I told her she need to move her belongs so she wouldn't lose items.
After the sell I changed groups, she complained she lost all her things. Of value of 1400L
feeling bad about her not understanding I reimbursed her. Yet at the time she said she understood.
I given her over 400 prims she has donated only once and she hasn't been very friendly nor respectful to me, has added more stress then being good neighbor to me.
It been almost 2 months now, she isn't very friendly and pretty preoccupied with her self.
Truthfully I am growing annoyed yet feel bad I am not able to be generous and not care.
I don't know what to do and I am finding communicating with her extremely difficult and its not worth losing the prims to stranger for keep her around and having her friends spam my chat windows.
Should I hire a detective to spy on her see if she is really scamming me and someone to tell her I am evicting her and why?
Or should I just continue ignoring situation or just kick her out without a explaination?
I tried several times to be friendly and communicate with her, I feel I am being used with little reward.

been once in such a situation of kicking or leaving a person and suck it up but after dealing with it by force find out i`ve felt alot better

as ur saying that u feel used, scammed and thinking of spying on her, i`d say trust ur gut feeling, u`ve allready refunded her once wich is generous on itself, it is a rental in the end with only assets belonging to u

i`d give her a no mod notecard in as simple english as u can write ending the rental agreement with say 1-2 weeks notice so she can look for another place and pack her belongings

might be a touch bullet to bite but with what u`ve posted it doesn`t sounds like the wrong thing to do with enough notice, maybe advise her to look for a french community aswell to make it easier for her in the end

In my best french through a translator i did convey she has week that its not working out the most I got in response is was the french word why from her and nothing else.
I did use babelfish and translated something explaining I was unhappy with situation, that her friends misuse the group chat and that I had hoped to gain at least friend, but I have gained only resentment and stress out of situation. I don't think I do that again, its one thing to share with friends its much harder with strangers even when I have allowed them to use my land as private sandbox they come for few times leave big high prim builds and then never return its never really worked out for me.

The babbler seems to work off/on for me...frustrations galore! I tried talking to a French guy helping him with his build and we could not get an understanding that he needed to turn on his scripts for me to use my babbler on his land. Literally I stood on neighboring land the entire time because he just could not understand what I was telling him.

What I have found works is FREETRANSLATION.com. I use it to communicate in IM windows. Helps tremendously for me to know what they say too.

Unfortunately Chere, i've been among Anglos for so long all i have left is my accent. lol. Open your Internet Window, and search for "Babelfish" It's a good, and fairly accurate Translator, But remember your english Grammer when typing your text for Translation to french. As the saying goes "Garbage in, garbage out".
