Do the rinse and repeat, then log into a different sim. Try Pooley. Sims tend to act up sometimes, so maybe that will help.

Turn off your computer, router, hub, switch, cable modem, dsl modem, etc. as applicable. Leave them off a minute or two, then turn them back on.
