Got a reply back from my ticket about the show in search not staying checked.
I checked the blog and they updated the rolling restart entry to reflect the same info as I got back from the ticket
here is the reply to the ticket, let's just hope it works.

Thank you for your patience. In addition to you, the bug was reported by several other residents and was graded a Showstopper in the Public Issue Tracker, https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-1437. A fix has been developed, and will be included in the update scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday, http://blog.secondlife.com/2008/02/04/rolling-restart-this-week-wednesay-or-thursday-feb-6-7/. Please monitor the blog for additional information and updates.

Morning FD I believe they stopped the compulsory updates a little while back, but I could be wrong, am sure someone else will correct me if I am  _____________________

Yes.. and the bug they re-introduced in 1.19 server update that broke llTargetOmega will also be fixed, and my swing scripts will work again! :^)

Their saying it's a rolling restart which would mean a new viewer is usually not required. With all the problems lately I'm really surprised it's not completely shutting down for a morning.
