I just crashed, the message said no inventory host, and when I try to log in, it fails and says there is no inventory host...
Does this mean the asset server is down?
What is going on over at LL?

Hey, yeah we all got that prob, I got a couple of friends that were able to get in. They'll fix it soon. 5 hours, is forever to build in this world. I guess might have to find something else to do for a while for 5 hours.

yups same here, was on and off all day, slow logins, no TP, map search or search and they fixed it. So I went back to the sandbox...silly me....an hour later i had the textures made and uploaded for a poofer and it was made, sent it to my alt it was for and he spent another 45mins getting it attatched just perfectly to his hat.

and when he went to save it....nothing, 5mins later nothing, it was still sitting on the ground, then he crashed. log back in and no hat on ground, in inventory or anywhere, its just plane gone.

So whichever linden owns the goat that ate it, owes me for a new hat.

and now after all the hassles today i get that same message "the inventory system blah blah". grrrrrr >

at least you can get on - 4th day in a row for me crashing every 2 seconds ..

Lindens - when you use the work RESOLVED please mean the problem has been fixed as this is fking annoying now

well I opened SL, clicked login, and waited and it connected

but my PC keeps spinning like mad, I am in for a crash (the noise from the pc usually happens just before a crash)

so will either go watch TV, or play some diablo2
