So much for concierge service. For the 4th day running my home sim is experiencing huge time dilation and poor script performance. Scripts are beginning to fail again, and all of the vendors are offline.
No problem I will just contact concierge again, for the 3rd time in 4 days, after all they are there 24/7 now....
Chat with an operator online. Sorry, no operators are currently available.
Live Help Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
... ok... I'll just call the phone number instead of chat....

Is anyone else able to reach concierge support this morning? People will only be availible if they feel like being availible. SO sayeth the Tao of Linden all hail Hippy Dippy management styles. --------- Seriously they outsourced age verification, they outsourced billing, they outsourced voice. Why the HECK didnt they outsource customer service? Customer service would definitely not be something they are good at. Keeping it in house makes no sense.

Why the HECK didnt they outsource customer service? . They don't have to. The outsourced the customers a long time ago. Out of sight, out of mind.
