It seems that when I got on SL today, come to find out that a.) I needed to have a new client and b.) accept the new TOS. The problem is, all I get is the word "LOADING..." and the TOS accept box is grayed out. What can I do about getting the full text on it to accept the new TOS?
I did clear cache and rebooted the computer too.

Maybe trying an uninstall then clean reinstall will help.

From: Lexii Walcott Maybe trying an uninstall then clean reinstall will help. Okay, I uninstalled, rebooted PC, reinstalled SL as well as the Release Candidate. I still got the forever LOADING... So, I called the Concierge line and got help there. If anyone has the same problem, here is what worked for me. Go Edit -> Preferences. Click on the Web tab. Clear both the Browser Cache and the Cookies. It worked for me. |
