so I was building and get the warning, "this region will shut down in 5 minutes etc etc" and then "this region will shut down in 3 minutes etc etc" so i leave for other sims new, I give it 10 to 12 minutes and go back to be greeted with the blue pop up saying "this region will REALLY shut down in 30 seconds" someone having problems much?

I got that message too.
"Second Life: Your region will start the restart process 5 minutes and 0 seconds for maintenance. It will really restart 0-10 minutes after that."
I thought someone was playing a joke on me. LOL

Yep, saw that yesterday. it counted down to 0, then got the "this region will REALLY shut down in 30 seconds" message 3 minutes later, not 10 minutes as they said  I think they are trying to allay the concerns of those who complain they get kicked off with no warning. You certainly can't say you didn't get one in this case. |

I thought someone was playing a joke on me. LOL What's really fun is leaving your "not-so-clothed adult activity" when you're told to the first time, not seeing the second message about the extra delay, and TPing back via the local chat link after about the right amount of time for a restart.. Then you see "region is currently unavailable.. redirecting you to the nearest infohub"  |
