From the World menu, select "Set Home to Here", in a location that you're allowed to set as your home.
You are allowed to set home to any parcel *owned by* a group you're a member of, unless the group owner has decided otherwise. _____________________

Actually, this has changed so that a group can allow "Set Home to Here" on land that is merely *set* to group, not necessarily *owned* by a group. This was a long time coming (see http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-404), but if the distinction makes no difference to you, just ignore it.
I think you can also set home to any Linden InfoHub or Welcome Area, too. Maybe a few other Linden locations, not sure. |

Oh wow, I know it was documented as working that way but it's been broken so long I assumed they'd NEVER fix it.
