Before we get into the maternity end of things how about this:
We really need more sex education and free birth control advice. There's thousands of child avs looking for adoption - didnt you read my threads?? :)

I think you should send a ticket into Linden Lab Help to see if they would consider that Adult content.

I believe if you are going to RP births in a medical facility - that it would be considered adult content.

and before adopting think about all the poor cubs that get dumped in the woods after a few months because the adopting parrents did not like them shedding fur on the furnatur

well me and my wife run a clinic for pregnancy
we do check up's, Ultrasound and delivery
There is no sex or nudity what so ever

Nudity is ok in mature... and childbirth isn't a sexual act so you should be right.
