Wonder whats next for outsourcing and with all these 3rd party outsourced companies becoming part of the LL remit, I wonder how safe all our personal data is?
They all belong to group in world called "New Tyne Group"

Its the chat you can have like concierge chat, premium chat and yes it has been outsourced I have found out, now all they need is to outsource the upper management team lol _____________________

Yes, they did post a while back they will be outsourcing their support.
Just like recently this last month People with the last name of Comsys is Grid Support and operations teams. Only 8 Comsys residents. Heh 8 residents to support this huge grid? Lol Ontyne has 54 members.. Wow thats a lot bigger group to handle chat support... I see communication getting worse in the near future lol. Maybe not But very interesting they are not using a Linden Name _____________________
