Looking for Shop Space (neko and/or Japanese)

I'm looking for kiosks and small commercial rentals, preferably with a neko or Japanese theme. The Rentals section in the forums is okay, but I'm looking for recommendations -- I really don't want to get involved in fly by nights and landlords who just slap up a mall and say "come get some".

Who are the reputable commercial rental people? Thankies for the assist.

I want shameless plugs. Gimme gimme! Tell me how awesome you are! heeee But yeah, that's why I posted here -- either recommendations or adverts from commercial landlords ;-)

Thankies. I'll check it out tonight (hopefully).

You did rent at my old place, but at the new place the rents might be too high to justify, I do not know your sales. What I do know is that most of the merchants that rented on my old plot, made a profit. Since on the new plot the rent is double of what is was before, only a few joined me there.

Now I do not need the rentals to be filled as my own store provides my income, but you are welcome to take a look :) And don't forget that for PIOF avatars, 25 linden per week flows back to them too ;)

Lucrezia, it might help if you post the prim count you need.

Anywhere from 25 to 100. I can make do with less. My items are not big ticket items and kind of specialized, so I really can't afford high rents (which is why I'm checking into what's out there). But I can set up anything from a small kiosk to a larger space (depending on rents).

At FurNation I have three spaces with my items all spread out. But again, I can make do with less.

Sorry to be so vague. Thankies.

Marcel, I loved your old location. The new one... a little high in rent, and it feels kind of out of the way for me. I know that may sound kind of silly, but the vibe just wasn't there for me. BUT, it looks great for you and I'm sure you'll continue doing rocking business! *hugs*

It's not technically Neko or Japanese, but you should check out Jabberwocky...I mean, CatniP has a shop there! All of the pawns (as in chess pieces) appear to be set up as booths but it does look like they're still building in places, so I'm not sure if they're renting spaces yet.

Oh, it's Alice in Wonderland themed, if the the sim name didn't give it away, and next door to Koreshan. :)

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

No problem at all Lucrezia, I do like your stuff and was glad to accomodate you! On the new location I only have a few shops left, and since I pay more there, the rent is higher indeed :-) Wishing you luck in your Search, you do a lot of great things!!

Oh wow, that sounds so cool. Maybe I can make some cheshire cat things... and get sued by Disney. hahahaha. Kidding. ahem. I'll definitely check it out.

Aww, thankies. I appreciate that. It was fun renting from you. I'm trying to turn out more products, but mostly I'm having fun just doodling. I'm not here to try and make lots of money but anything to offset tier costs for our owned land would be helpful.

Heh... yeah... too rich for my poor neko blood. If I had high ticket items, sure. But um... yeah... I'm just a poor kitty. heee.
