rebake? and discom idle thing

okkkk ive looked and looked on the new viewer and cant find how to do the following

rebake used to be under character...cant find it now
and the anti discon when youre marked as a way...cant find how to turn that off...it used to be right there in the menu...appologies if this has been asked before, had a quick serach couldnt find it
