Avatar movements - how to stop

I will be just standing there, and my head will suddenly turn to the left, or right, as if I've heard a strange sound. Other times, I will be standing there and my arms will rise up and out, about chest high and 54 degrees each side of straight ahead. I had activated some gestures a couple days ago, but nothing like this. I went in and deactivated all gestures.

Now, I just leaned forward on tiptoes. It seems to happen more when I use the camera controls to get a side view of myself and the person I'm talking to.

It's disconcerting.

Have you tried using Wireframe to look your avie over in depth, to make sure you don't have something inside the body? Stuff can get moved without your action. I've had to fish jewelry out of my avie's body and the only way to see it was by using wireframe. Did you use a teleport just before this all started? Sometimes scripts go all wonky and you get stuck with the result. You can also do all the regular standby steps, such as Clearing Cache, Rebaking , typing Worn in the Inventory window, re-logging. Your avi will look toward where you curser is.......that's normal behaviour in SL. And your avi will move to different poses naturally too. Standing with hands to sides, hand on one hip and two hands on hips.......they also shilft from one leg to the other. All are normal.
