This should be in the Help Wanted forum, not here. I don't mean to insult, but if I were in the market for a business partner, two of many the things I'd consider would be how well a candidate follows directions and how thoroughly he or she assesses a situation before acting. Posting in the wrong forum, while admittedly a simple mistake anyone could make, is not exactly the way to put your best foot forward.
Again, I don't mean to offend in any way, just trying to help you strategize as well as possible to get the best response you can. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor. But this really isn't the place to recruit. The Help Wanted forum exists specifically for that purpose, and will likely yield better results.
Also, just so you know, it's almost never a good idea to post your E-mail address on a public forum. Web crawlers will find it within hours or days, and then you're living in spam city forever after.

I don't think advertising is the best way to find a business partner, especially for SL. You need a partner you can trust, and that means you need to have known them for a while.
Ask your friends.
