Hi
I'm trying to upgrade my subscription but despite trying two credit cards I'm always getting the 'Not Authorized' response. My card issuers say it's not their end so is anyone else experiencing problems?

you may have to contact support on a telephone. I failed many times once to set up my credit card and my bank told me it wasn't on their end. when I contacted LL they told me they have a fail safe with credit cards in as much as if you keep failing and keep trying with it, LL blocks it. So you may have to request to have it unblocked, this process took about 5 minutes for me and just over an hour for it to get into the system.
