Hi,
There are a couple of internet sites , 'shop.onrez.com', and 'xstreet' which offer a SL shopping option without having to log into SL and use search. I often find tho' that items and places found on these sites do not exist in SL. ?
Are the shopping sites out of date or am I doing something daft ?
thanks
FH

You don't go inworld to buy them. If you haven't created an account with them yet, you'll need to, so they can deliver. You have to do it at a terminal for xstreet, and I have one of those terminals at my mall. Find me inworld and look at my profile for Mall at Cherry Park. There's a terminal by the PixelDolls building.

It could be a few things. Like HoneyBear said, you can buy straight from the sight. You have to give billing information, or find an inworld kiosk and fill your account with lindens first. Some people list things on the sites, but don't actually have an in-world store. So this is the only way to get their stuff. Others put a link to their store in their ads. If the ad is old, the link might not be current unless the lister updated it. (Although it seems like bad business to not keep the links current on your listings). Personally, I like to find something I like on the web, and then go to the store inworld. You never know what else you'll find there. What I do, if there isn't a slurl listed, is to go inworld, and find the lister's profile, then see if they have a store in their picks.
