LindeX Sales Question

Alright, for ages, I thought it worked like this:

Say you are offering $L for exchange at 266 (and yes, sometimes I sell off at $L 266). There's already $L 1 millions being sold at that rate by others, then you offer your $L 100k or so.

Presumably, that original $L 1 millions would be sold off first, then it's all your $L that gets sold until it's gone, right?

Because unless I'm mistaken, that's not what I see happening. I've seen the LindeX $L balance decrease and my balance rise a bit, then more $L decrease from the LindeX and my USD balance NOT rise.

Then, my USD balance will rise a bit more later... it's as if my transactions are commingled with other people's, somehow, timewise.

Any idea what's going on, or maybe I'm just not seeing updates very well?

I've seen this happen too. Sold some of my sell order and had to watch while I watched the amount at 266 fall again with no more Dollars in my account added. Though the extra 5 minutes didn't matter to me it did happen.

I think what's going on is a partial fill. I think it tries to match whole orders with whole orders first, even though it should just be a pure FIFO (first in first out).

hm.. hart Question what to do.
For me.. I don't talk about Mio. to exchange.
I just like to see yesterday what I get when I exchange 30.000 L$ to my US$ balance.
The offer me 104.90 US$ for it what mean... fast but 1 US$ for 286 L$

So if you can get somehow 266/1 this are a few US$ more than the fast way.
But I guess its really depent on the Amount you like to change.
For just 1/2/3/4 US$ more I will take no risk or long time payment.

Okay, so I put some cash out for sale on the LindeX. 20k @ 265. There were 30M L worth of orders ahead of me, so I figured it would take 20 or so days to sell it (assuming others would put more out at 266 and 267 to pay tier). The order filled within a day - more like 12 hours, and the 30M grew to 33 M.

It's definitely not FIFO, I think it matched whole buy orders with sell orders of the same amount.
