How come this version of SL they disabled the Hardware Skinning box? I need that enabled. I always toggled that option on and off when I got object spikes. Now I have to keep logging off and on when object spikes happen. =*( Is there a way to enable it that I don't know about?

Hi Charity, Hardware Skinning is enabled on my version. I'm running SL 1.21.6 (99587) on a Mac with the NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT. Hope this helps.

It's still enabled for me. They may have disabled it for your video card. This could be due to reported problems with that card or version, or because they now require some feature of OpenGL your card does not support.
