Standing on thin air?

I am landscaping a new plot and have got a big problem.I want to put a stairway in a certain spot but there is a glitch.The stairway is sculpty,phantom and the ramp clear normal. When I walk up it in any other place it works fine But when I move it into the spot of choice I cannot walk up it.When I try to walk down it I walk in thin air for about 3 meters then fall.



Does anyone know what the problem could be?I have cleared cache.Other factors are sculpty rocks ,mega prim .can these be affecting me? I am stumped.

Is that rock behind it a sculptie too and maybe not phantom? Their boundaries extend way out from where I usually expect. Just a guess.

make the rocks under the stairs phantom aswell untill the ramp walks up smoothly

funny enough, i had this issue not long ago only with the floor of my house where the rock was under :)

Thank you guys so much that was the problem, the rocks were not set to phantom.Job done but that was a bloody baffling 2 hours LOL Cheers!!!!
