Homes listed under the land for sale/rent forum.
Posts are in both forums constantly. Why have both?
Hardly anyone puts prices for tiers. Who wants to TP thru a bunch of overpriced crap?

PLEASE! if you post in those classifeds, to help your future potential clients find you better, post the pertinant data!

FOR SALE:
Price, Tier, SLURL, descirption, ameneties, perks, etc..

FOR RENT:
Tier/rent price, SLURL, then the rest.

Sorry I'm off my soapbox.. I'm not happy to have to move, but it stinks that I have to filter out so much before I can find a decent post in those two forums.
