I was trying to TP to where a friend was earlier. The Z coordinate was zero. When I put in the X,Y and region, it brought me to Z=24. I could not get to zero, which I assume was under the ground. Is there a trick to this?

Thanks

I believe it defaults to the lowest ground level if you give 0. 0 is underground, and you usually can't get there unless you had a bad sim crossing in a vehicle.

Thank you. Does that mean there is never any underground private contruction? In other words, could a SIM builder and land owner construct an underground home below a business, or something akin to that?

On map finder, the person's coordinates were definitely Z=0. Many thanks.

While you can't TP below the surface, you could sit on object that was scripted to offset you below the ground. Might be more simple just to cam below ground and see if anything or anybody is down that way. You'll first need to disable camera constraints by selecting the advanced menu (press Ctrl-Alt-D if you don't see the menu) and select "disable camera constraints." Than just pan the camera (ctrl-alt & mouse forward) until you see the bottom of your feet and than pull the mouse back to cam to the murky depths below.
