Once your island went from processing to pending how long did it take before it came on line and you were notified ?

this has been the longest 6 days of my life so far i think

Pending for me always meant "delivery within the next 24 hours".

I once had a pending for 2 weeks. was only after trying to search for the island that I found it had been delivered, but I had never been notified. Do a quick search in world to see if you can find it, Also try logging directly into it for good measure.

Now that's some excellent service after plunking down the money for an entire island.

Yes, I was a newb to the process, it being my first. At that time They stated on the website that you would be notified in-world that your order had been completed. (I guess that was too hard to do ;p) So I faithfully waited for the IM that never came. I know better now. :)

I got an email with mine. I think it took 10 days.

They'll usually IM you.

Also, if it's your first island, check your inventory - when the order completes, a folder called "A Private Island" should appear there with the documentation for the estate tools and the concierge contact details. I don't remember being "given" this, I think it just appeared..

Up to 10 business days from the date you order is what they are quoting, and you get an e-mail to your e-mail address on file the day it's turned on. Watch your junk mail box/filters if you have them.
