Has anyone had trouble with group proposals getting lost? One of the groups I am an officer in, we cannot get any proposals to work. Lindens are refusing to acknowledge the problem because the founder did not submit the trouble ticket. But the founder is not a premium so she apparently CANNOT submit a trouble ticket. As an officer and co-owner, and premium member, I submitted one. But Lindens sent back the following: From: someone
Thank you for reporting this. For a number of reasons, support tickets for the workings of groups need to be submitted by the group founder. If possible, please ask the founder to file a ticket on this issue.
I did a forum search and found nothing. Other threads indicate that group proposals work. What appears to be happening is that the proposal goes through the votes, but when the voting is completed instead of archiving, it just disappears. This has happened with six different proposals. Word of caution for future reference: If you have a group of people that want to form a group in world make sure the person that will be the founder of the group is a premium member. Otherwise apparently there is no support avenue for you if the group has a problem. |

Anyone can summit a Support Ticket.
The only difference between Basic and Premium is that Premium members have more options to direct thier Tickets, and have the added option of Live Chat during normal LL working hours.
Concierage has 24/7 Live Chat, and I do believe they have a few more options that PRemium doesn't have.
So advise your Group Founder to summit a Ticket reguardless. I would also suggest that everyone in the group summit a Bug Report (Through the in-world menues) on this as well. A good number of reports going in all on the same thing might wake up LL.
I personally have noticed this bug while sending Notices while on Islands. Apparently the Island to Mainland networking needs work. Those on islands can get the Notices if I send on islands, and those on Mainland can get if I send on Mainland. Wether the opposite recieves the Notice seems to be based on some random factor (ie, something LL needs to fix).

Hey wow, I thought it was just me. I set up a vote for my group a while back, people voted, and then the whole proposal just sort of disappeared into the ether. It never got archived or anything. Phew. I thought I was crazy.

I found the new windlight viewer did not send out a notice to the group. Logged into the older viewer and the notice was sent fine.
