Having issues?

I have noticed the last few days that my hair tends to disappear but to others its normal and also when i clear my cache folders still show as empty when i know they shouldn't be. No matter how many times i clear cache nothing happens, what can cause this and how do i fix it.

odd maybe SL doesn't like your hairstyle?....perhaps it's been blacklisted, or is laggy hair?, do you have the same problem with other styles?

ah ok empty folders gotcha...see if above helps, sorry am not as bright as many of the guys in here

My cure for empty folders is to find your cache (check in edit-preferences-network), log out, and delete it manually. How it happens, I'm not sure, but sometimes the viewer gets confused about the size of the cache, uploads some of it, and thinks that's the lot. The solution I found, as I say, is to delete the whole thing, thus forcing your inventory to reload from the server.

Are you able to change anything about your avatar? Like if you make a new system hair and wear it, does it show up on your avatar? Or if you log out, does it disappear on relog and the avatar is "wearing" the old hair?

Because if you're having trouble altering your avatar, then you'll wanna get on Live Chat if you can and tell them.
