I am a premium member, I do not live in the US or Canada for the toll free number, when I try to lodge a ticket while properly logged in I get "Insufficient Account Information Invalid SLA!"

How do I get support?

from what I have heard: Download the free Service SKYPE, and call the toll free number from your computer.

Try the Live Chat a bit later today? Or log in as a guest account and ask the question of why this particular bug keeps happening when you're logged in as your premium account.

I'm not sure Skype would be a free call, if you're outside the US, etc. Skype to skype calls are free, but LL don't advertise a skype number.

Another option, although a little pricey, is buy a lot of land and become a concierge customer. I'm kidding, by the way :)

Submit a ticket, they will respond in maybe 2-3 days. Not to say they will have your answer, I am not one to complain but I had a reocurring problem that never got resolved. Luckily I figured it out before I lost my mind.

I live outside the US too and have been trying to submit a ticket and get hold of them via live chat (I do have a premium account) but to no avail. Sent a fax yesterday morning but no response whatsoever. I am seething.
