Yesterday I sold some Lindens and then tried to process the cash credit to my paypal. The transaction is still listed as "in progress". I would like to cancel this transaction and keep the cash on my SL account.
I submitted a support ticket asking to cancel the transaction and was told to go into the Process Credit History, select the transaction, and click Cancel. I did find the transaction in Process Credit History, still listed as "In Progress", but I do not see a Cancel option anywhere.
The original support ticket I submitted was escalated to the "appropriate department" so it is still open and I cannot figure out how to ask another question on the same ticket.
If someone here could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Where is the Cancel button?

I have yet to discover the elusive "cancel" button that was recommended to me by support but I did follow up with another ticket and call. The rep on the phone told me that it's pretty likely the process credit probably will not go through before they receive my ticket requesting the cancel.
So I guess I'll hope for the best.

My guess is that the first help you received either didn't understand what you wanted, or confused what you wanted with something else, or simply didn't know the right answer. Thee's a Cancel button to cancel L$ being offered for sale. I suspect that the help was thinking of that buitton.
