i heard what it does is save the positions of your poseballs once you have them arranged.

i wanna buy that for my poseballs, but dont know which one i should get,
it has 3 versions, and creator is not online.

I have not used it so I can not give you anything more than a bump.

If the creator is hardly ever online then do not buy it. You will probably never get any support so it's not worth the money (even if it's free).

not online is not the same as not answering support IM/notecards ;)

I read this to mean "I have a question and the creator is not online *right now*" as opposed to "the creator is seldom ever online".

If this is Anti Antoneli's, then I highly recommend them for what they are. It's a great system and although I only used it for a short time, was very handy. It was simple to set up and use.

He's also very active and has been around for some time. He gives great customer support and is highly personable.

When i moved house a couple of months ago I lost my Autoplacer as I rezzed it in my new home. I IMed the person I got it off, via SLXchange, and He replaced it within a couple of days.
I have found that the basic model does what I want it to do and works great and would recommend it whole heartedly.

Anti's poseball placer is great; I have used it myself and like it a lot. Anti himself is a very nice guy and is a regular poster right here on these forums. He shouldn't be hard to get a hold of - just remember that SL creators have RLs too just like you and may not be online 24/7.

If you have questions for any content creator, read their profile (in case it states whether they prefer IMs or notecards) and then send them their preferred communication and give them a few days to answer.

Hay guys, what's going on in this thread?

Sorry - RL has kept me away for the last couple of days. Yep, Aisyla is talking about my AutoPlacer doodad and went ahead and pulled the trigger on a single setup.

Aisyla, if you check back here, the only difference between the two retail packages is that the one you bought has a single base and is suitable for saving and recreating layouts of poseballs and other stuff in a single location, generally one's home. The other package is a set of 4, so you can have one base sitting at home and also another for, say, your partner's home, and maybe one for a favorite romantic spot that allows rezzing of objects, etc.

If you find that you didn't get the package you wanted, leave me a note here or send me an IM in-world and I'll be happy to refund you or chat about other options.

To everybody who responded with helpful information in the absence of a reply from me, thanks. And a big thanks to all who had nice things to say. Also thanks to the individual who sent me an IM calling this thread to my attention, in case I was around and had just overlooked it. (This is starting to sound a bit too much like an Academy Awards acceptance speech :o ).

I'll have to remember to make a note in my profile even if I only expect to be away for a day or so; a day is an eternity to folks wanting to ask questions about a potential purchase.
