hi, im looking for a plot of land in a business park for an office, somewhere like VIO but open plots. not residental or shops, just offices with similar businesses, any ideas?

Well you can try search in world for rentals, getting recommendations from friends.
I know few places I could rent and have but I found often there is issues renting.
Personally if you want to have some control over the space like your own buildings,
direct tp to location, land is cheaper these days if you're premium.
Sometimes renting doesn't always mean much or at least from my experience when
you're starting out often cost is more then you're earning.
I personally think is best to get 512m plot somewhere affordable on mainland that is nice and start small.
For 9.99 a month you can get L$ every week to pay 50L$ advertisement, at
least 25 uploads.
For between 1500 to 6000$L you can get nice 512m plot at one time fee.
Right now way things are it just cheaper to go premium.
Rental communities sometimes have good features but often you're
dealing with theme, cramped place, paying often more in long run with
very little control over the space.

Right now way things are it just cheaper to go premium. I agree with FD...just wanted to add that if you can afford to take the premium for a year option, it works out to $6.00/mo or quarterly at $7.50/mo.

I've been renting for 18 months from a good and trustworthy estate owner who has become a friend. I have no fear that the land will be sold out from under me without warning which is my main concern when renting for business. If you are intersted let me know and I will send you details inworld. She does commercial and residential.
