Okay, I'm trying to troubleshoot my problems with Second LIfe. The problem is that when I try to use the Secnod Life support web page, nothing comes up.

What am I missing? I've checked all of my Explorer settings to try to make sure that Explorer isn't blocking the site. No error message or anything when accessing the support web page, just a blank page.

I don't think it's anything to do with your browser. And nothing to do with anything on your end. The page is blank for me too..............looks like support is closed for the night. Or, more likely, broke again.

remember only premium accounts get support, if your a free account you don't get any. Absolutely untrue...Basic members can submit tickets on a limited number of topics. Plus, the Knowledge Base and Solution Finder are in there, which we're ALL allowed to access. _____________________

that is just so fitting. What's also amusing is that, if you enter an SL link incorrectly, it brings up a page which tells you to contact [email]webmaster@secondlife.com[/email]. However, if you actually use that email, you get an autoresponse that tells you the email is disabled and you should use the Support Portal...which really doesn't help when the Support Portal is the problem and LL haven't yet posted to the blog to let you know it's down.
