It happened last week Friday, which was on 30th of October, I couldn't tp anywhere. I do not know why but it shows this message:-
"Could not teleport. Sorry, but the system was unable to complete your teleport request in a timely fashion. Please try again in a few minutes."
I checked my internet connection. Its perfectly fine. And now, here I am. Online once again and couldn't tp anywhere. And I do not know why is this happening.
Can someone help or tell me why?
Thanks.

That's just a normal FUBAR. Everybody has that these days. The Lindens Broke SomeThing. Sometime in spring, even. They refuse to acknoledge the seriousness of the problem though. Shortcut towards (almost) working teleports: be naked. or actually, just get rid of scripted attachments. Sadly, in these days everything is scripted (can you say resizer scripts).

seriously, check your attachments.
So far I've come across one hair and one pair of shoes that were so heavily scripted that my wife couldn't teleport at all. On bad days I usually go without my translator and my mystitool, too.

Adding just a bit: Even unscripted attachments make TPs more chancy, noticeable only if there are really lots of prims involved.
Also, for anything that has to rez into a new sim as does an attachment at TP time, LSL-compiled scripts are somewhat less troublesome than Mono-compiled versions of the same scripts, so if the attachment has Modify permission and isn't using so much memory that it really needs to be compiled in Mono, recompiling it in LSL might help. (... or it may cause it to start throwing stack-heap collisions, in which case recompiling it back to Mono should fix it again.)

Just remove the resize scripts from your hair and shoes once you get them to fit. There should be a "remove" or "delete" option for the scripts. Usually it is (touch) > All Prims > Delete.
