Full perm Vendor that will..............................

Would anyone know of a Full Perm vendor that can be given out at random with my product and will automatically read who the new owner is and will send a set percentage of sales to me the creator and the new owner.........i have tip jars that automatically read who the person is without setting it with the avatars key........can this be done with a vendor?....Thank You for any advice

Hippovend can do that, so can Apez and I think JEVN too.

Apex appears to be only one that is Full Perm.......haven't checked close enough yet to see if it will automatically read new owner without adding manually......thank you
