A pity they made all that for a 24-hr event, then threw it aside.

What shops there are in the kiosk area look like typical fare and nothing reflectiving their vision. A booth of high end jewelry is not exactly what helps people get started in second life. Well for MOST pursuits anyway *wink wink*

Since they arent using it for anything, I might use it to meet and hang out with friends. *shrug*

The only thing I've seen special about I-world so far is that it has the only age-verification required parcel I've even seen in SL. (=_=)

I think I'll add it to my "Welcome To SL" folder tonight for the LULZ. (^_^)y

Another puzzler like that is Violet, remade as a welcome area. Pretty spot, but not enabled as an infohub. The region looks complete (even some fun ruins in the water from a past incarnation) and gets a fair bit of hangout traffic, but the actual welcome area seems to be in cold storage.

I'm still new at 3 months. Is that why that sim is all water? LOL

by Violet I assume one of the mainland regions. I saw many named for colors in my map hopping, but I havent found any site which really breaks down the specialty areas of the mainland despite its lack of official convenants (I found lusk which really fits that well, dont you think?).
