How to buy mainland region from linden.. i dont want to buy from residents or rent.. coz all i found was private regions where i have to pay 1000US$ initial fee and then 300US$ a month!

Yeah, some parts of the mainland are pretty expensive.
I got my 1/3 SIM from estate land, and it costs me tier only, I also won't need the premium membership. Full rights, lots of prims to place, and that's all. I bought it for 1 L$.
If I quit paying the tiers, the land will return to the SIM owner, and I move to another place if I want.

You can't buy from Linden Lab at the moment, you can only buy from residents. When Linden Lab do sell them, they auction them and they nearly always cost more than USD$1000, at some points I've seen them going for USD$4-5000. Tier is USD$195 a month that you have to pay to Linden Lab, if you live in Europe you will probably have to pay VAT on top of that.

A second hand private region would be much cheaper to buy, but tier will be USD$295 and again if you're in Europe VAT could apply.

Do a search inworld for land for sale, use the drop down to select mainland only, and type 65536 in the size box and you'll find the prices for people selling full mainland sims, they ain't cheap.

I'd like a full mainland sim, too, but when LL does sell them you have to compete in auction with land resellers who will bid up the price, and when they win they'll cut the land up and create even more yellow on the map. It's a business model that is broken, and LL needs to stop being all fluffy and fair and inclusive and stop letting resellers screw up LL's own business.

I wish LL would sell mainland sims that *can't* be split up for a period of, say, three months. And if that doesn't result in full sims being available, increase it to six. Or twelve.

Actually, what LL should do is make it impossible to split full regions until the mainland market has recovered, no matter how long that takes.

Right now you can purchase full regions from individuals at reasonable prices. The market crash has seen to it that everyone who owns a full region will probably take a loss if they try to sell now.

I have seen several full mainland sims for sale at the moment, but only from individuals. Although there are a few abandoned sims that the Lindens have given an auction ID number, I don't think they will release those to the auctions any time soon since they would bring low bids and few buyers.
So the only option you have currently is to buy from another resident. Actually it's not a bad time to buy (if you can afford it), prices are sure to be low and your monthly tier is just $195. I'm sure anyone with a full sim for sale will be willing to negotiate the price with a serious buyer.
