Is "Set to Home" broke?

Hi everyone! I'm having an odd issue since the new client 1.19.1 (4) was launched. It seems that I when I am on my property and choose a location that I wish to "Set to Home", when I TP home, I'm on the property NEXT to mine! In the past, where ever I was standing when I chose "Set to Home" is where I would appear when either logging in or choosing Teleport Home. It doesn't seem to work for me anymore. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any thoughts on why it's happening? Thanx! I don't like popping up on my neighbor's land (which is bizarre since you can't set someone else's land as your home!!) However, it is darn near on the property line so it gets me CLOSE to home

Have you tried on another SIM? Could be a SIM related bug/problem/issue. If its only happening to your land, maybe a SIM restart could solve it.

I had my home position set to a skybox workshop for a long time. The other day I decided to scrap the skybox then flew down to the ground and reset my home position there, receiving the blue confirmation popup. The next time I teleported to home, I found myself falling from 400m up.

I reset it again and all is well now. I remember they were having major asset server issues that day (when haven't they?).

Try reseting it again and also see if your landing point is set to Blocked on About Land > Options tab. Sometimes blocked will prevent even the owner from landing there.

Thanks for your assistance and ideas. I've tried everything you suggested and still pop up outside my property. I guess this is one for The Lab to answer. If the sim needs reset, I can't find "RESET SIM" link in my client! LOL!

If you can wait, I believe the lab is updating its server codes so restart should be on the way. Save you the trouble I hope. Or alternatively you can contact your landlord to initiate a restart.

By the way, is someone else (an alt or friend) other than yourself having the same difficulty?

Hmmm...I can't explain it, but last night I upgraded my client to 1.20 and low and behold, I now pop up right on my property! SL can really mess with you sometimes. Thanx for the advice!
