Good? No. Will SL work on it? Yes, and you might even get playable performance from it on quieter sims.This would not be my card of choice though.

ATI and SL do not play well together as a rule of thumb.

You can find the NVidia 9500 GT 1gb card for around $80 USD.. a very good card for SL.
