Ok, I am new so this might seem like a very dumb question... but here it goes....
I have allot of L$ on my avatar and I go to the XLSTREETSL.COM site try to buy things and it doesnt use my toon's L$. So I figured out its separated and now I am trying to figure out how to find the items they show on the website in second life. Is this possible? if not whats a good suggestion on shopping for certain items in second life?

As you have discovered, at the moment the two accounts is disconnected. You need to deposit money to xstreet to purchase items.
You can go and find a terminal or just pay resident "Exchange Street"
It's a great way to shop or even browse then go and teleport to the store in world if you prefer.

Look for "See Item In Second Life®" on the lower left hand side of the page of the ad. That is a SLURL you can click on to open another page to allow you to teleport to their in-world store.
That is a field the seller fills out. If it is not there, look in the body of the ad for a link. If that is not there, they probably do not have an in-world store.
