Quick question for all those expert landlords.
One of my tenant cannot run an ad (show the place in search). Is there a role I need to grant to the rental group? Thanks _____________________

That's not a power I'd be willing to grant them. You put the parcel in search and charge them the 30L.

Yes there is a role but you might want to consider putting their rent up L$30 a week first before you grant them permission.
Under roles, it's under parcel identity, you might want to create a new role with this permission and adjust rent accordingly. |

If the tenant wants to run an ad, it's different from simply showing in search for the 30L a week, and could cost a lot with multiple ads. Your post isn't entirely clear about that, Alt.

One other thing to keep in mind is you can disable the 'show parcel in search' function at the estate level - it's possible that this is checked and that would prevent people from listing their parcel regardless of what group abilities they have or if it's not even group land.
