When ever I click on a prim, or something is rezzing, these odd particles? appear...they are really quite annoying, and depending on what I'm doing exactly, (havn't figured out quite what color represents what exactly) they are either blue or red. Similiar to the shading on what you see when you highlight transparent, however this is NOT from highlight transparent....any idea what this is, or how I turn it off? (a couple snapshots are included with this post)

ctrl-alt-shift-U was removed for a short cut key
ctrl-alt-ahift-D gives advanced menu on top of your screen click advanced and then uncheck show updates which will be mid way down the list in newer viewers _____________________
