I bought a whole bunch of land from a number of different owners in a rubbish part of a sim that had been cut to pieces. It still is, but its a little better now. I managed to hack out a 3072 block next to a private park which was what I was after and I intend to keep.

With the rest I was able to cut out 3 rectangular parcels, if not exactly 512 multiples, and flicked them straightaway to landbots at 3.6 per m who then put them back on the market at 3.7. Skinny margins lol !!! You'd have to churn alot of land to make any kind of money doing that. And you'd have to find someone willing to buy. There's a ton of land going for 3.7 already and some of it quite nice now. Lots better than immediately next to a micro-farm anyways.

I was left with 1x96, 2x32 and 2x16. So, I set the 16s to 63L each. The 32s to 125L and I set the 96 to 345L (3.6 per m). After about 2 minutes, a landbot came along and bought the 16s and then it bought the 32s. So I waited. But it didnt buy the 96m. lol !!! Its cheaper than what you bought already you stupid thing lol !!!

So I chopped the 96 into 3x32, set them to 125L each and the bot bought them. I was quite pleased with myself. That micro-farming bot gave me 30L more than what I offered it to him for originally =)

How dumb is that ??? :D

Nice work! Way to stick it to the man! Don't spend your 10 Cents all in one place!

Yay, that L$30 constitutes a massive victory in the war against the machines.

Well done!
