walking and flying "funny"

I searched all over the forum and can't find this, but it has to be common...

The last few days I started walking and flying "funny" and can't figure it out. I have my AO detached and not other attachments but hair. When I walk it is long loping strides and my arms swing like in slow motion. It looks like I'm walking on the moon all of a sudden. The newbie walk would be better!

Also...when I fly forward I now walk in the air instead of fly in a horizontal position!?!?!

I turned my draw distance down to 64, cleared cache, browser cache, cookies, deleted and reinstalled a few versions and still this silly movement.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance....

Did you try typing (worn) into the inventory search bar to double-check you have no other attachments or HUDs on?

Have you got Advanced/Client > Character > Slow Motion Animations on?

Um, note... in the RC I'm using, apprently if you *do* have it on, the X next to it doesn't show up...
