i looked back on three pages on the forum and didn't see a post about this. Sorry if there was already one made. i just couldn't find it.
Has anyone else entered verified information on the website and the website says you are verified (or have payment info on file - or payment info used) and yet the SL client (official client) still won't let you look up "adult" stuff cause it claims you are "unverified/no payment on file"?
Has anyone found a way to remedy this?
sorry if there's a place already talking about this, i honestly didn't see one.

When I first rezzed in Secondlife, I started off as a premium member. However, from the word go, on my profile it proclaimed I had "no payment info on file". I was barred from going certain places, and I couldn't pick from most money trees.
I phoned LL, they said their records showed I was a premium member.
I was still barred from going certain places, and couldn't pick from most money trees.
I filed a ticket. Round after round, they didn't fix it, didn't fix it, didn't fix it.
I got sick of waiting and cancelled my premium membership. Why pay for something I wasn't getting full enjoyment for. (that was after my first two months as a paying member).
At long last, more than six months (yes, MONTHS) later, they finally fixed it.
Oh the coming joy of dealing with their new built to fail mess.
